Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level NodeJS Software Engineer with 9-12years of experience to design, build, test, and maintain core PrismHR softwareapplications that power our customer-facing businesses. You will work with internalproduct teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications. As part of this high-performing team, you will adhere to established bestpractices for code management and technical specifications, perform code and securityreviews, conduct integration testing, and implement existing DevOps procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Solution Design and Implementation:

Create secure, efficient, and logical solution designs for clients.
Understand the benefits of various design methodologies and object-oriented

environments.

Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.

Coding Standards And Peer Reviews

Communicate and enforce coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and work

collaboratively with others.

Perform code and security reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Development

Seek and participate in development opportunities beyond required training.
Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Collaboration And Communication

Work with internal product teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and

translate them into technical specifications.

Utilize strong team and interpersonal communication skills to foster a collaborative

work environment.

Technical And DevOps Procedures

Implement existing DevOps procedures, ensuring smooth integration and

deployment.

Perform integration testing to ensure seamless functionality.

Additional Skills

Core Competencies:

9-12 years of experience with NodeJS.
9-12 years of experience implementing OIDC and/or SAML authentication and single

sign-on

Experience working with Azure AD or Azure AD B2C, specifically Azure AD

B2C custom policy development

9-12 years of experience with front-end JS component libraries, such as Angular,

React, or Vue (Angular preferred).

9-12 years of experience in SQL database development, including Microsoft SQL

Server.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of the implementation of REST and other API technologies.
Experience with modern front-end web development, including HTML5, CSS3, JS, or

TypeScript.

Software methodology experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban,

XP, and others.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with all Microsoft Azure technologies, including the API gateway, Azure

SQL, and Azure App Services
