Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side solutions using
Node.js, Express.js/NestJS
.
Build and manage
RESTful APIs
,
microservices
, and real-time communication with
WebSockets
.
Collaborate closely with
frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams
to ensure seamless delivery.
Maintain
high-quality code
with best practices, code reviews, and proper documentation.
Optimize performance, ensure
security compliance
, and manage API integrations.
Support CI/CD processes and containerization with
Docker
.
Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the team with technical insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years
of backend development experience, with at least
3 years in Node.js
.
Strong expertise in
JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture
.
Hands-on experience with
databases
like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Proficient in
unit testing, TDD practices
, and debugging.
Experience with
Docker
and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Familiarity with
message queues
(RabbitMQ, Kafka) is an added advantage.
Strong command of
Git
and agile development workflows.
