Node.Js Developer

The client is one of India's fastest-growing tech-enabled clean energy startups, founded in 2015, with a focus on residential rooftop solar since 2020. They are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN) to take on a leadership role in technical initiatives, scalable architecture, and mentorship within a fast-paced startup environment. As a Full Stack Developer (MERN) with 5-8 years of experience, you will be based in Mumbai or Bangalore in a hybrid work mode. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable MERN stack applications, making architectural decisions, ensuring system security, high availability, fault tolerance, and observability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and REST APIs. Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, CI/CD, and system design is essential. Leadership skills and a proven track record of mentoring teams are required, with an added advantage if you have a background in product-based environments.
