Over the years, Evervent has evolved to develop technology that enables the insurance and fintech industry to transition into the digital realm. As a Full Stack Developer specializing in NodeJS and ReactJS, your role will be crucial in taking charge of the complete Web Development process to deliver unique and customer-centric web applications. You will be responsible for developing the server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Additionally, you will integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic and focus on writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. An understanding of front-end technologies is also necessary for this role. Your responsibilities will include the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic, designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications, as well as implementing security and data protection measures. You will document Node.js processes, including database schemas, and prepare reports. Furthermore, you will be expected to recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong proficiency in JavaScript, knowledge of Node.js and its frameworks, an understanding of asynchronous programming, and familiarity with server-side templating languages and CSS pre-processors. Additionally, a basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3, along with knowledge of accessibility and security compliance, will be essential. Experience with user authentication and authorization, integration of multiple data sources, and database design principles will also be valuable. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of NodeJs application development experience and a deep understanding of client-side development, including coding in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6, and jQuery. Strong experience with client-side MVC frameworks like NodeJS, React JS, NextJS, Redux, and AngularJS is required. Proficiency in programming skills, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and website performance is essential. Additionally, experience in object-oriented design, problem diagnosis, problem-solving, and familiarity with version control tools like Git is expected.
