Job Description

We’re looking for a Node.js Developer with 1–3 years of experience to build robust backend systems, APIs, and scalable server-side applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality technical solutions.

On Any Given Day, You Might

Develop and Maintain Applications: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for Node.js applications.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with senior developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and fix bugs in existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Implement APIs: Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities and integrate with third-party services.
Code Reviews and Testing: Participate in code reviews and write unit tests to ensure high code quality.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code and system designs.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve skills and productivity.

The Ideal Person

1–3 years of experience with Node.js and JavaScript.
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks like React, Angular).
Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture.
Experience with developmental tools like npm, Webpack, Babel.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, and web technologies.
A genuine interest in backend development, scalable systems, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
