Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Node.js Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work on RESTful APIs, database integration, and ensure application performance, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities:

Develop server-side applications using Node.js.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize queries.
Review code and follow best development practices.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Debug issues and implement new features as needed.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Node.js development.
Strong knowledge of frameworks like Express.js or Koa.js.
Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
Familiarity with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.

Optional / Plus Skills:

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of Docker and containerization.
Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
