We are seeking an experienced NOC Engineer (Command Center) to join our IT operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining the availability, performance, and reliability of critical infrastructure including Network devices, Linux servers, Windows systems, storage platforms, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in infrastructure monitoring and initial incident triage across a large-scale enterprise setup.
Continuously monitor infrastructure alerts using tools such as LogicMonitor, PRTG, MRTG, Grafana, SolarWinds, or equivalent.
Address and troubleshoot L1 escalations, perform initial diagnostics, and document findings.
Coordinate with internal teams and escalate to L2/L3 based on severity and SOPs.
Log and manage incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA.Participate in bridge calls for P1 incidents, ensuring timely updates and support coordination.Maintain comprehensive documentation: SOPs, troubleshooting guides, incident logs, and shift handovers.
