Job Description

·      Monitor all the Consoles and Ensure every Alerts is picked for investigation ·      Immediate response to alerts generated from the monitoring tools. ·      After Validation, create Incident and follow the Incident Control Procedure Performs L1 & L2 activities to resolve the issues. ·      Provides assistance, by working closely with the vendors and IT teams. ·      Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update documentation as necessary. Performs escalations to IT teams in accordance with departmental standards. Work on the Incidents and close them within SLA Handle Severity Conference Bridge calls to troubleshoot any potential issues impacting business. ·      Perform basic troubleshooting steps such as Device status, health checks, backups, and scheduled maintenance tasks. ·      Drives improvement initiative and process improvement efforts ·      Should be working in 24/7 Environment. Flexible & willing to work in Rotational shifts (Day & Night) including weekends & Declared Holidays. ·      Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills. ·      Strong Listening & Interpersonal Skills. ·      Ability to function as an effective team member.  ·      Ability to do Multitask in critical situations.           HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job) *limit to 8-10 bullets   ·      Ensuring proactive monitoring ·      Quick response to incidents ·      Documentation Process ·      Learning mindset ·      Team collaboration ·      Shift coverage (24/7/365)             WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: (Give insight to the team dynamic and environment)   The NOC team is special because it plays a critical role in keeping an organization’s IT infrastructure running smoothly, 24/7. This team ensures high availability, fast recovery, and minimal downtime, which directly supports business continuity.   We make it unique is the combination of technical monitoring, quick decision-making, teamwork, and constant vigilance. It's a high-responsibility, high-impact environment that builds a strong foundation in IT operations, and it’s often the starting point for careers in Network engineering, System administration, Server/Storage engineer or cybersecurity.   ·      24/7/365 Shift coverage. ·      High Responsibility. ·      Central Coordination ·      Basic troubleshooting knowledge. ·      Knowledge base process. ·      Follows strict protocols, SOPs, and SLAs,     SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Share supervisory duties, if applicable)   ·      0-1 Year in technical support contact center or Desktop support ·      Basic Operating Systems Knowledge or Networking Knowledge.   SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: (List requirements, including education and experience needed for the job) *limit 6-7 bullets   ·      Basic Networking Knowledge. ·      Basic Operating Systems Knowledge. ·      Basic idea of Network Monitoring Tools. ·       Basic System Troubleshooting knowledge.
