NOC Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic NOC Trainee Engineer to join our Network Operations

Centre team. In this role, you will monitor and support our Network infrastructure, learn to

troubleshoot network and system issues, and assist in maintaining optimal network performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in networking and systems administration.

Responsibilities

Monitor network, servers, and systems for performance, availability, and alarms using NOC tools.

Respond to incidents and alerts, following standard operating procedures for escalation.

Assist with basic troubleshooting of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls

Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Work closely with senior engineers to learn and develop troubleshooting skills.

Perform routine health checks on infrastructure components.

Follow change management processes during maintenance activities

maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.

Qualifications Required

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, ROUTING).

Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.--

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Exposure to network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG).

Entry-level certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
