About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our fast-paced and growing engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS with Next.js, strong backend experience in Node.js, Python, or Java, and solid knowledge of SQL and distributed systems. Responsibilities As a Tech Lead, you'll play a crucial role in architecting scalable systems, leading a team of talented developers, and delivering innovative features that drive our business Responsibilities : Lead a team of 4-6 developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career mentorship. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time and with high quality. Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant system architectures. Own technical decision-making and ensure best practices in design patterns, code quality, and DevOps. Lead development across the full stack, with a focus on Next.js (React) for frontend and Node.js/Python/Java for backend services. Optimize performance for high-traffic applications and large-scale data processing. Architect and maintain robust, efficient data schemas using SQL. Leverage MongoDB and caching solutions like Redis for performance tuning and scalability. Work closely with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Ensure systems are resilient, monitored, and secure. Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions that align with business needs. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our tech Expertise : Advanced knowledge of ReactJS and Next.js (mandatory). Experience with modern frontend tooling, state management, and SSR (Server Side Rendering). Proficient in Node.js, Python, or Java with experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Understanding of asynchronous programming and scalable service design. Strong experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is a plus. Experience with Redis, Kafka, or Cassandra for caching, messaging, and event-driven architecture. Demonstrated ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant systems. Strong understanding of microservices, API gateways, and data pipelines. Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
