Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our recruitment company. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our recruitment services to organizations across industries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients to promote recruitment services. Generate leads through field visits, networking, and business development activities. Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure service delivery. Prepare and present sales proposals and agreements. Regularly report sales activities and market feedback to management. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills. Good negotiation and persuasion ability. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Ability to build rapport with decision-makers. Knowledge of recruitment/HR industry is an added advantage. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in sales/field marketing (recruitment industry preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply.
