Role Overview

• We are hiring an

  NFC Card Integration Engineer (Smart Mobility Solutions Specialist)

  with at least

  2+ years of proven experience

  in NFC, RFID, and smart card systems. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying NFC-enabled smart card solutions that integrate seamlessly with

  Ticket Issuing Machines (TIMs)

  and our

  Swap Ride app

  .
• This is a highly technical and impactful role where you’ll contribute directly to creating a

  cashless, secure, and future-ready transport ecosystem

  .

Note:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure NFC smart cards compatible with TIM machines and our mobile platform.
• Implement

  secure communication

  between smart cards, readers, and backend systems.
• Collaborate with backend and mobile development teams to enable

  real-time validation and synchronization

  .
• Work on

  chip-level integration, personalization, and lifecycle management

  of NFC cards.
• Optimize card

  read/write performance

  for fast and reliable ticket validation.
• Ensure

  compliance with encryption, authentication, and data security standards

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1-2 years of experience

  in NFC, RFID, and smart card protocols (ISO/IEC 14443, MIFARE, DESFire, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in

  IC chip programming

  and card personalization.
• Strong knowledge of

  mobile NFC APIs (Android/iOS)

  and app integration.
• Experience in

  reader integration and ticketing/transportation systems

  .
• Strong background in

  encryption, authentication, and key management

  .
• Ability to work with

  Node.js backend and mobile app development teams

  .

Nice to Have

• Experience in

  transportation, fintech, or IoT-based smart card systems

  .
• Exposure to

  large-scale identity/access control integrations

  .
