Job Description

As a Nexthink Specialist at GiGa-Ops Global Solutions, your role will involve optimizing user experience and performance through data-driven insights provided by Nexthink. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing and managing the Nexthink platform to monitor user experience. - Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Preparing detailed reports on user satisfaction and system performance. - Collaborating with IT and other departments to resolve user issues. - Educating teams on Nexthink capabilities and best practices. - Performing troubleshooting for any Nexthink-related issues. - Monitoring application performance and user behavior. - Providing insights to improve IT service delivery. - Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements. - Facilitating training sessions for users on Nexthink tools. - Maintaining technical documentation related to Nexthink processes. - Contributing to IT projects aimed at enhancing user experience. - Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations during data handling. - Identifying opportunities for process automation using Nexthink. - Regularly reviewing and optimizing Nexthink configurations for performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven 6+ years of experience with Nexthink or similar monitoring tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in performance monitoring and user experience analytics. - Understanding of IT infrastructure and operations. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Cisco, Microsoft, or relevant IT certifications are a plus. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently. - Proficient in creating technical documentation. - Experience in project management methodologies. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Strong customer service orientation. - Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues. - Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.,
