Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Nexthink Architect

to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Nexthink solutions to enhance digital employee experience (DEX). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and provide technical leadership for Nexthink deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Architecture & Design:

  • Design end-to-end Nexthink solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Develop scalable and efficient architectures for monitoring, analytics, and remediation.
  1. Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Nexthink across enterprise environments.
  • Customize Nexthink dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide actionable insights.
  1. Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize digital employee experience using Nexthink s analytics and insights.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
  1. Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of Nexthink with existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  1. Incident & Problem Management:

  • Utilize Nexthink to diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues affecting end-user experience.
  • Establish best practices for proactive incident management and root cause analysis.
  1. Compliance & Security:

  • Ensure Nexthink implementations comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Background:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems management, or end-user experience roles.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Nexthink solutions.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Nexthink s architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Expertise in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, digital workplace solutions, and end-user computing (EUC).
  • Familiarity with integrations of Nexthink with tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, or other ITSM platforms.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams and drive strategic projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Nexthink certifications (e.g., Nexthink Advanced, Nexthink Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in enterprise-level digital experience management.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments and modern workplace technologies.
