The Hindi News Writer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of political content, from research to final publication: Political Reporting: Track, research, and report on local, regional, and national political developments. Original Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and engaging news articles, features, opinion pieces, and in-depth analyses. Fact-Checking and Verification: Rigorously verify all political information, quotes, and sources to ensure 100% accuracy and maintain journalistic integrity. Deadline Management Source Development Editorial Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial team and copy editors to refine articles and ensure compliance with our publication's style guide and ethical standards. Required Qualifications- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native command of written and spoken Hindi, with proven ability to write complex political subjects with clarity and precision. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Political Science, or a related field. Skills: Strong research skills and the ability to synthesise complex information quickly into understandable news reports. Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in digital media publishing and familiarity with SEO best practices for news content. Working knowledge of English/Hindi and/or other regional Indian language is a plus.
