We are looking for a dedicated Organic Farm Assistant to help with daily operations on our organic farm. This role involves various tasks related to sustainable farming practices. Responsibilities: Assist with planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting organic crops. Prepare soil and maintain healthy growing conditions. Monitor crop health and identify pests or diseases. Operate basic farm equipment safely. Help with packaging and preparing produce for market. Qualifications: Interest in and basic knowledge of organic farming practices. Ability to perform physical farm work in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Reliable and a good team player.
