Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies for new client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through B2B sales efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell existing clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to increase revenue maximization.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to drive business development and expand the company's presence in the market.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-8 years of experience in corporate sales or a related field (e.g., recruitment).
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
