Resolve critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 global support delivery team. Combine technical expertise and customer requirements to solve complex business challenges.
Quickly identify customer issues related to existing networks.
Work with Architects to deliver solutions and deploy new capabilities in customer environments.
Analyze and eliminate top issues impacting customer experience.
Build automation to resolve customer issues and develop scripts to automate troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Create documentation, including SOPs and TSGs, to assist L1/L2 teams in supporting operations.
Address critical, highly complex customer scenarios spanning multiple Azure services.
Serve as a technical escalation point within the team.
Collaborate with the architecture team on process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in a technical role, including 2 years specializing in NSX-T.
Extensive hands-on experience with NSX-T DFW, Routing and Switching.
Strong proficiency in Transformation (Migration) lifecycle and NSX-T expertise.
Expertise with routing protocols and load balancers.
Aptitude for rapidly learning new technologies in fast-paced environments.
Dedication to delivering an optimal customer experience.
Capability to manage large-scale network infrastructure projects.
In-depth knowledge of network security infrastructure.
Familiarity with tunneling protocols such as VXLAN and GRE.
Coordination with various business units to ensure project success.
