Job description

Data Management

§ Supervise creation of identity cards for new enrolments before batch commencement

§ Ensure MIS / ERP is updated and reports are generated in an orderly and timely manner

Facilities Management

§ To be responsible for managing office equipment and premises

§ To plan office decor in coordination with vendors and ensure timely maintenance / development

§ Supervise overall housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness of office premises

Provision of administrative support

§ To ensure travel and hotel bookings are made according to company requirements at optimal costs and in time

§ Ensure that the requisition for course ware is submitted to the HO in time

§ Provide co-ordination support pertaining to the Examinations conducted at the centre

§ Conduct Student satisfaction survey at the centre on a timely basis

Ensuring security at the office

§ To ensure overall security at the centre

To maintain the visitors’ register and scrutinise it on a timely basis To Achieve Centre Targets In Terms Of Sales And Profitability By Managing And Running The Centre Efficiently  To Ensure That The Centre Is The Institute Of Choice For The Customers, Both Students And Recruiters  Responsibility For Meeting Sales Targets For The Centre In An IANT Is Constantly Under Threat From Competitors On Both Price And Quality Fronts, Hence The Job-Holder Should Ensure That The Centre Outperforms Customer Expectations Internal  Reporting Relationships With The Centre Director  Ongoing Communication With The Technical Head, Marketing Executive, Accounts Executive, Admin Executive And Placement Executive To Ensure Proper Running Of The Centre External  Ongoing Communication With Educational Institutes (E.G. Schools, Colleges) To Organise Promotional Campaigns  Ongoing Communication With HO On Day-To-Day Matters  Overall Responsibility Of Meeting The Sales And Profitability Targets Of The Centre  Responsible For Preparing Expense And Manpower Budgets For The Centre  Responsible For Developing Sales, Marketing And Placements Plan For The Centre  Take Decisions On Staff Hiring And Appraisal
