Role: Network Voice Engineer

Experience Range: 4 - 8 years

Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Interview Mode: Friday Virtual Drive

Must Have:

• System Design and Implementation:

• Design and deploy telecom systems, including voice, data, and video communication networks.
• Plan and support network upgrades, expansions, and modifications to meet organizational needs.

• Network Management:

• Monitor and manage network performance, including bandwidth usage, latency, and packet loss.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure network reliability.
• Manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.

Good to Have:

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for telecom systems and address issues reported by users or detected through monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems, including hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve service-related issues.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on network performance, incidents, and system improvements to management. o Develop and update network diagrams, schematics, and operational manual

Essential:

Minimum Qualification:

•15 years of full-time education

•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
