About The Role
Skill required: Network Billing Operations - Problem Management
Designation: Network & Svcs Operation Analyst
Qualifications:Any Graduation
Years of Experience:3 to 5 years
What would you do? Data Analysis:Collect, process, and analyse large datasets related to telecom operations, including network performance, customer usage, and billing data. Data Integration , Harmonization and data modelling ,including developing / altering / studying complex workflows.Reporting:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights for stakeholders.Trend Identification:Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in data to support decision-making and strategic planning.Optimization:Recommend improvements to telecom systems and processes based on data analysis.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, network engineering, and customer service, to understand data needs and provide analytical support.Compliance:Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.Experience:Previous experience in data analysis, preferably in the telecom industry.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools and data platforms (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Oracle),TOAD datapoint ODBC configuration, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and telecom management software.Analytical
