Network Security Engineer – DLP (Riyadh, KSA)

GWC Networks LLC is looking for a Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to support our growing customer base in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position will be based in Riyadh and work closely with our regional teams in Dubai and India. Experience with Fortra (Digital Guardian) DLP is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise DLP solutions (endpoint, network, and cloud).
• Deploy, configure, and optimize Fortra (Digital Guardian) DLP, including policy creation, tuning, and maintenance.
• Integrate DLP with existing security technologies (SIEM, email security, web proxy, endpoint security, IAM, etc.).
• Monitor DLP alerts, investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend remediation.
• Develop and maintain DLP policies, rules, and use cases aligned with data classification and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
• Provide L2/L3 support for DLP environments, including upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and basic training sessions for customer technical teams.
• Support presales / PoC activities when needed (solution demos, technical validation).

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics/Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–7 years of experience in information / network security, with at least 2 years focused on DLP implementation and operations.
• Hands-on experience with Fortra (Digital Guardian) DLP is strongly preferred.
• Experience with other enterprise DLP solutions (e.g., Symantec, Forcepoint, McAfee, Microsoft Purview) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of network and security technologies: firewalls, web/email security, proxies, VPN, endpoint security, SIEM.
• Solid knowledge of data protection concepts (data in motion/at rest/in use, encryption, data classification, compliance).
• Experience working in enterprise, integrator, or MSSP environments with direct customer engagement.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across endpoints and networks.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Customer-focused, professional, and comfortable working on client sites.
• Self-driven, able to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
• Willingness to travel within KSA and the region when required.

Preferred Certifications

• Vendor certifications related to DLP / Fortra (Digital Guardian) (if available).
