We are currently looking for a Network SDWAN Architect in India.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of advanced SDWAN network solutions that ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architectures, while providing expert guidance to engineering teams. Operating in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this position demands strong technical expertise in network protocols, security, and monitoring tools, along with a proactive approach to staying current with evolving technologies.
Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and manage SDWAN solutions to optimize network performance and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Conduct network assessments and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency
- Develop and maintain detailed network architecture diagrams and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in network technologies and SDWAN
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network engineering team
- Participate in daily stand-ups and work closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in network architecture and SDWAN solutions
- In-depth knowledge of SDWAN technologies and network protocols, routing, and switching
- Experience with network security best practices and solutions
- Hands-on proficiency with network monitoring and management tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, VMware, or Fortinet are a plus
