Network Sales

As a TV Ad Sales professional at Republic Media Network, you will play a crucial role in driving advertising revenue and expanding our commercial growth through innovative partnerships. You will be responsible for a variety of key responsibilities, including: - Business Development & Revenue Generation: - Identify and acquire new clients across sectors to drive advertising revenue for Republic TV's linear channels. - Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and providing customized media solutions. - Client & Agency Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients. - Collaborate with agency planners/buyers and brand managers to develop effective and innovative ad campaigns. - Sales Strategy & Planning: - Develop account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities to drive sales. - Campaign Execution & Coordination: - Work closely with internal teams including Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative to ensure seamless campaign execution. - Monitor campaign performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the process. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - 5-7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television. - Strong existing relationships with media agencies and clients. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
