Network Operations Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

  Supervise and mentor NOC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

• Network Monitoring:

  Oversee continuous monitoring of network systems, particularly routing and switching components, to identify and resolve issues promptly.

• Incident Management:

  Lead the response to network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.

• Troubleshooting:

  Provide advanced technical support for complex network issues, especially those related to routing and switching, collaborating with other IT teams as necessary.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of network incidents, changes, and resolutions.

• Reporting:

  Generate regular reports on network performance, incidents, and team activities for management review.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve NOC efficiency.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and project requirements.

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled resource with expertise in:

• Technologies:

  Routing, Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN

• Devices:

  Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Aruba

• Protocols:

  BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VLAN, STP, VTP, EIGRP, RIP

• Tasks:

  Router & Switch Configuration, Network Monitoring

• Experience:

  NOC operations and international client handling
• Strong troubleshooting & communication skills required

• Preferred Certifications:

  CCNA / CCNP / Aruba (optional)
