Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Safely install PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras at client sites, ensuring proper setup and alignment.
Configure cameras for optimal performance, including setting up motion detection, alerts, and camera settings.
Integrate cameras into existing network infrastructures, including configuring IP settings, port forwarding, and ensuring seamless connectivity to NVRs (Network Video Recorders).
Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support to resolve any camera or networking issues.
Maintain clear and accurate records of installations, configurations, and network settings.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnetting, and port forwarding.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with various camera brands (e.g., Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, etc.).
Experience with NVR systems and their integration with PTZ cameras.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with installing and configuring PTZ cameras and related equipment.
Experience with networking and integrating cameras into existing infrastructures.
Experience with camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
