Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Proven experience with installing and configuring PTZ cameras and related equipment.
-Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnetting, and port forwarding.
-Experience with NVR systems and their integration with PTZ cameras.
-Familiarity with various camera brands (e.g., Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, etc.).
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
