Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls
• Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting
• Monitor network performance and escalate issues
• Work with senior engineers on network security tasks
• Maintain basic technical documentation
• Learn and apply cyber security best practices

In-House Training & Exposure

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI, Subnetting)
• Routing & Switching basics
• Firewall & Network Security fundamentals
• Cyber Security concepts & best practices
• Cloud & Data Center overview
• Live enterprise network exposure

Skills Required (Basic Level)

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts
• Windows / Linux fundamentals
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Problem-solving attitude

Added Advantage (Optional)

• CCNA basics or certification
• Awareness of cyber security threats
• Command-line or scripting basics
