Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and Drafting:
Create innovative architectural designs and drawings (hand-drawn or using CAD software).
Project Execution:
Oversee projects from pre-design to completion, ensuring smooth coordination with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure designs meet local building codes, ADA compliance, zoning regulations, and other legal standards.
Budget and Feasibility:
Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and feasibility analysis for projects.
Client and Team Coordination:
Attend regular client meetings, collaborate with specialists, and conduct site visits to monitor progress.
Construction Documentation:
Lead the development of detailed construction documents required for approvals and execution.
