Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Network Engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in network administration and strong expertise in Citrix NetScaler Load Balancing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security across all environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing, SSL offloading, and traffic management.
• Manage and monitor network performance, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot network issues related to routing, switching, and load balancing.
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams for seamless network operations.
• Perform capacity planning, network optimization, and performance tuning.
• Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure network compliance and security standards are met.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve escalated network incidents in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure resilience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in network engineering or administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler / Citrix ADC Load Balancer.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing (BGP, OSPF), and switching concepts.
• Experience with firewall management (e.g., , Fortinet, Cisco ASA).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Knowledge of SSL certificates, WAF configuration, and content switching.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network latency and connectivity issues.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA / CCNP / CCA-N / CCE-N / Citrix Certified Associate
