What You’ll Do:

• Author

  High-Level and Low-Level Design Documents

  to support Sky’s network infrastructure.
• Own software/hardware selection, perform bug scrubs, security assessments, and collaborate with Test & Delivery teams.
• Drive platform improvements, enable automation, and implement scalable DevOps solutions.
• Design

  carrier-grade network solutions

  aligned with Sky’s standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit business and technical requirements.
• Steer network security roadmap in collaboration with strategic technology partners.

What You’ll Bring:

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience working in

  Telco/Carrier environments

  (mobile, security, infrastructure).
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Nokia 7750

  and

  Next-Gen Firewalls (Fortigate)

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  IP Routing/Switching

  : ISIS, MPLS, RSVP, TE, Hierarchical QoS, LACP, BGP.
• Proven ability to produce

  HLDs, LLDs, technical diagrams

  , and project documentation.
• Strong understanding of

  reliability, availability, longevity

  , and commercial aspects of network design.
• Excellent communication skills for risk management, stakeholder updates, and escalation handling.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with

  Python & GIT

  for automation and configuration management.
• Exposure to

  F5 LTM/GTM

  or other load balancing technologies.
• Knowledge of

  Mobile 5G technologies
