Network Automation Lead

Title: IT Technical Lead - Network Automation & Monitoring Location: Bengaluru Job Description: The IT Technical Lead will own the strategy, prioritization, and internal commercialization of Network Automation & Monitoring, ensuring effective management of capacity and work deliverables. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, driving technological innovation, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals. Skills in Priority: Network Engineering Software Development and Automation Application Support and Management Project and Supervisory experience Responsibilities: Develop and implement the strategy for Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring within the organization. Prioritize and manage the internal commercialization of Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring. Oversee the capacity planning and work deliverables related to Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the scalability, reliability, compliance and security of Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring implementations. Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring. Stay updated w ith the latest trends and advancements in Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring. Provide oversight to the Telephony, Mobility and Telecom Expense Management teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years on Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring. Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams. Strong domain knowledge in network products and services, including DevOps pipeline, programming and scripting, network automation systems/tools.
