Job Description

What You’ll Handle Laptops & mobile workers – Build, deploy, patch and secure Windows 10/11 devices with Microsoft Intune. Office network ( < 50 users) – Keep switches, Wi-Fi, internet links and cabling healthy; troubleshoot day-to-day connectivity. Security basics – Antivirus, BitLocker, MFA, regular checks and quick fixes. Vendor coordination – Request quotes, compare options, place orders and chase deliveries. User support – Onboard/off-board staff, solve Level 1-2 tickets, document what you learn. “Other-hat” tasks – Jump into any new IT need that pops up; learn fast and deliver. What You Bring2+ years in general IT admin for a small-to-mid team. Solid hands-on Intune experience for Windows devices. Good grasp of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN basics). Comfortable talking to suppliers and pushing for the best deal. Clear, patient communication with technical and non-technical colleagues. Nice to Have Experience supporting outbound calling/dialer technology. Basic PowerShell or other scripting to automate repetitive jobs.
