Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to team members with system and network requests. Your responsibilities will include monitoring network resources, performing preventative maintenance, backing up network configurations, testing restore processes, providing IT support for internal systems and network infrastructure issues, and documenting network standards and procedures. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. It is essential to have the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively. Exceptional customer service skills are also required. Please note that the candidate must be willing to commute to Gurgaon for this position.,
