Network Administrator

As a Network Administrator, your role involves maintaining the design and integrity of customer-facing and internal systems. You will provide technical assistance to team members regarding system and network requests. - Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls - Ensure network uptime, troubleshoot issues, and maintain server systems such as DNS, DHCP, mail, ERP, and LMS - Monitor internet usage and security including firewall and antivirus - Provide technical support to staff and students, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with audits The ideal candidate should have strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, etc. Experience with Cisco/Mikrotik/Firewall systems, network security, and troubleshooting is essential. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+ are preferred. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work along with exceptional customer service skills are required.,
