Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals for two positions: a Customer Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and CCTV systems, and a Network Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience, holding OEM certifications such as CCNA or MCSE. Job Profile Location: Laksar, Haridwar, Roorkee Qualification: B.Sc., B.Tech, BA, BCA, Diploma in Hardware - CCNA/MCSE Min. Experience (in Yrs) : 2 Role & Responsibility Allocate IP addresses and manage subsets for various network components. Apply necessary patches and updates to network operating systems and devices. Assist users with network issues, such as slow connections or access problems. Configure and maintain firewalls to prevent unauthorized access. Install, configure, and deploy network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Perform regular checks and maintain physical network hardware. Provide technical support for network-related issues, including connectivity, hardware failures, etc. Regularly update network device firmware and software to maintain functionality and security. Set up network devices and ensure their integration into the existing network.
