The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Ensure network uptime and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain server systems (DNS, DHCP, mail, ERP, LMS)
• Monitor internet usage and security (firewall, antivirus)
• Provide technical support to staff and students
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with audits
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.)
• Experience with Cisco/Mikrotik/Firewall systems
• Network security & troubleshooting
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+ preferred)
