Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a NetSuite Technical Consultant. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite systems, consulting clients to optimize their use of NetSuite, and offering analytical insights to improve system efficiency. The consultant will work closely with sales teams to tailor solutions for clients and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical support and troubleshooting services.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for system analysis and improvement
• Consulting experience in optimizing and implementing NetSuite solutions
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for resolving client issues
• Experience in Sales to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience with NetSuite is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
