NetSuite Tech and Functional Consultant

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant at our company, you will play a key role in evaluating customer requirements, aligning them with NetSuite ERP functionalities, and overseeing the complete implementation and support processes. Your expertise in business processes, problem-solving abilities, and practical experience in NetSuite ERP configuration will be crucial for success in this role. You will be responsible for translating customers" business needs into effective NetSuite ERP solutions, creating comprehensive solution designs, guiding clients through implementation and post-go-live phases, and managing the entire ERP delivery lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and user training. Your duties will also include preparing detailed functional design documentation, configuration guides, and executing various test plans including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing. Additionally, you will be involved in data migration strategies using standard NetSuite tools, troubleshooting complex data, configuration, and process issues, customizing system features as per project scope and client requirements, and staying updated with the latest NetSuite capabilities and industry best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and functional consulting. Your expertise should cover areas such as initial system setup, data migration planning, master and transactional data setup, and ERP cut-over and go-live planning. Proficiency in configuring company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups is essential. Furthermore, your functional knowledge should span across Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Forecasting, Procurement, BOM, Production Planning, Inventory & Stock Management, QA, Returns Management, as well as Financial Reporting, GL, P&L, and Balance Sheet impacts. Experience with NetSuite saved searches, workflows, reports, basic scripting and customization, as well as strong testing methodologies and UAT criteria preparation will be advantageous for this role.
