Role & responsibilities NetSuite Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for NetSuite implementations or upgrades. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including NetSuite consultants, developers, and business users. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage client expectations, provide regular status updates, and address issues promptly. Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve project-related issues to keep the project on track. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. Manage procurement of any necessary tools or external resources. Quality Assurance and Delivery: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Oversee testing, user training, and post-implementation support. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
