NetSuite Project Manager

You will be responsible for leading and managing NetSuite Implementation & Enhancement projects. This includes performing project management activities such as preparing project plans, scheduling meetings, raising risks, managing scope, budget, timeline, and raising change requests as necessary. You will also provide high-level consultations to executive stakeholders on maximizing the value of NetSuite within the business ecosystem. In this role, you will conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD). Additionally, you will configure and demonstrate solution walkthroughs of the configured NetSuite system to customers. It will be your responsibility to identify test scenarios, establish test cases, and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing with core client stakeholders to ensure that system configuration objectives are met. Furthermore, you will create training and support documentation and drive end-user training to promote user adoption. Collaboration with different teams to drive projects and support Go Live deployment processes for a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover will also be part of your duties. You will work closely with Customer Project Managers to ensure that projects remain on time and within budget. Collaboration with technical team members to guide the development of customized solutions will also be essential. Researching, designing, and presenting optimal solutions for clients, drawing on NetSuite best practices is another key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will facilitate change management processes for modifications in NetSuite configurations to ensure minimal operational disruptions. Regularly liaising with NetSuite Support and other third-party vendors for issue resolution and feature enhancement, acting as the primary point of contact for escalated issues will be part of your responsibilities. You will also evaluate the ROI of NetSuite implementations and upgrades, providing data-driven recommendations for future investments. The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Accounting and have at least 14 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite. Any additional experience with other ERPs is a plus. A thorough understanding of business processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, FAM, Revenue Recognition, and Multi-book Accounting is required. NetSuite Certification, particularly Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, and Administrator certifications, is highly preferred. Experience with at least 9 full NetSuite life cycle implementations, project management, and hybrid-Agile methodology is also necessary. The ability to work independently as well as manage a team will be crucial for success in this role.,
