You will be responsible for leading all phases of the Oracle NetSuite Account Reconciliation implementation, which includes conducting business alignment workshops, designing and configuring the system according to best practices, and collaborating with customers to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, you will provide Oracle NetSuite consulting expertise by leveraging your previous experience in Financial Planning and Analysis functions and technology solutions. Your role will also involve serving as a thought leader and advisor to customers, guiding them on embedding leading practices in their business processes to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation experience, including expertise in configuration, design, and testing of the application. You will be responsible for leading and managing NetSuite Implementation & Enhancement projects. This includes performing project management activities such as preparing project plans, scheduling meetings, raising risks, managing scope, budget, timeline, and raising change requests as necessary. You will also provide high-level consultations to executive stakeholders on maximizing the value of NetSuite within the business ecosystem. In this role, you will conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD). Additionally, you will configure and demonstrate solution walkthroughs of the configured NetSuite system to customers. It will be your responsibility to identify test scenarios, establish test cases, and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing with core client stakeholders to ensure that system configuration objectives are met. Furthermore, you will create training and support documentation and drive end-user training to promote user adoption.
