Description
As a Technical Lead with 3+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of architecture practices aligned with the product development expectations. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a focal point for key design decisions and resolving technical conflicts - Providing consultancy to build infrastructure for development on agreed technology - Offering advice and direction to architecture and development teams on detailed design and development - Formulating and reviewing system development methodology and standards - Monitoring the architectural landscape to identify and address potential problems early - Planning and conducting technical design reviews and walkthroughs for major projects - Mentoring and guiding the development team - Working with the QA team to ensure technical controls and standards are in place - Interacting with Prime BU and SME's to understand pain areas - Developing solutions that align with the product roadmap and business needs - Bringing in best practices, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms - Analyzing, estimating, designing, developing, and maintaining complex software products - Establishing and building TDD, BDD, DevOps, and Agile Practices - Involvement in developing the product across all levels, from databases to interfaces and integration with external parties - Contributing hands-on to building components and frameworks needed for the product - Managing and reviewing product development for performance, scalability, security, etc. - Contributing to impact analysis and RCAs - Proactively identifying risks, communicating with stakeholders, and mitigating issues Mandatory Skills: - Angular, C#, .NET Core, XML and XSLT, MSSQL, Entity framework, HTML5, Javascript, Typescript, SPA, Web API, REST, Azure DevOps, and Microservices Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Lead Developer - Strong Full Stack Development capabilities with a focus on modern web applications - Expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) for backend development - Proficiency in Angular for building dynamic and responsive UI applications - Experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture - Deep understanding of REST API development and integration Preferred Skills (Wishlist): - Candidates with experience in JWT Token (Security), Kubernetes, Jitsi, Keycloak, and Cryptography will be given preference Your future duties and responsibilities will involve turning meaningful insights into action and contributing as a CGI Partner to shape the company's strategy and direction.
