Job Title: .NET Full Stack Development Mentor Mode: in-person Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Industry + Corporate Training) Role Overview: As a .NET Full Stack Developer Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in bridging academic concepts with industry-grade software engineering practices. This role requires deep technical proficiency across the technology stackincluding ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React)along with the ability to translate that knowledge into structured, outcome-driven learning experiences. You will mentor learners through the full SDLC, covering real-world architecture patterns, API development, and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality mentoring sessions on .NET Full Stack development, including ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React. Provide guidance on coding assignments, live projects, and real-world problem solving. Support learners through 1:1 sessions, doubt-clearing forums, and group interactions. Review code submissions and projects, providing constructive feedback and best practice recommendations. Provide insights into current industry trends and ensure course content remains up to date. Create or improve coding exercises, quizzes, and capstone project outlines. Promote industry best practices including clean code, SOLID principles, test-driven development, and version control. Demonstrate real-world implementation of CI/CD, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of combined professional experience in industry projects and corporate training. Proven Industry Experience in contributing to or leading software development in enterprise projects using .NET Full Stack development: Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Frontend: Angular or React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, or similar Tools: Git, Visual Studio, AWS DevOps, Postman Experience in mentoring or training software engineers in a corporate or educational setting is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), OOP, and Agile practices. Nice-to-Have Skills: AWS Certifications.
