.NET Core Web API Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented .NET Core Web API Developer with at least 1 year of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting APIs, working with Microsoft technologies (IIS, MSSQL), and contributing to our ERP system development and customization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core Web APIs for ERP modules/features
• Deploy and manage applications on Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Work with MS SQL Server: database design, query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, views
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, front-end) to understand ERP requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Ensure proper versioning, logging, error handling, and test coverage of APIs
• Maintain documentation (API specs, database schema, deployment procedures)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience developing with .NET Core, particularly building Web APIs
• Good experience with IIS for hosting/deploying .NET applications
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and debugging performance issues
• Basic understanding or exposure to ERP systems (modular business apps, workflows, data integrations)
• Understanding of RESTful API principles
• Familiar with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under supervision and with teams

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of Entity Framework Core or other ORMs
• Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Experience with deployment pipelines / CI/CD
• Familiarity with front-end tech or services integration
• Experience customizing or implementing ERP modules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ramanattukara, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
