We are looking for a skilled .NET Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core and .NET Zero, database optimization, and cloud-native development, with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business goals.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core and .NET Zero framework.
Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns (SOLID, Repository, CQRS).
Design, optimize, and manage relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
Implement caching, indexing, and query optimization for high performance.
Deploy and maintain solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and ASP.NET Identity.
Enforce secure coding practices and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR).
Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for continuous delivery and deployment.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

5+ years in backend development with 3+ years in .NET Core.
2+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Zero framework.
Proven experience in API development, microservices, and distributed systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IT, or related field.
📍 Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site)
🕒 Work Week: Sunday to Thursday
✈️ Travel: International, as needed
