Job Title: NestJS/Golang Backend Developer (Microservices Expert)

Location: On-site

About Us

skilled backend engineer with expertise in both NestJS and Golang (Gin)

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
backend services using NestJS (TypeScript) and Golang (Gin)
in a microservices architecture.
Implement
inter-service communication
using
gRPC
for high-performance, low-latency APIs.
Build
event-driven architectures
with
Kafka
and
Redis
.
Develop
real-time features
(e.g., live order book, trade updates) using
WebSockets
.
Optimize queries, design schemas, and ensure
data integrity in PostgreSQL
.
Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on
AWS
(ECS, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
Write
clean, maintainable, and production-grade code
following best practices for both NestJS and Golang.
Collaborate with
frontend, DevOps, and QA teams
to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Continuously
troubleshoot, debug, and improve
system performance and resilience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience
in backend development with
NestJS and Golang (Gin)
.
Strong experience with
microservices architecture
and
service-to-service communication using gRPC
.
Hands-on expertise with
Kafka
for distributed event-driven systems.
Strong knowledge of
Redis
(caching, pub/sub, stream processing).
Experience building
real-time systems with WebSockets
.
Proficiency with
PostgreSQL
(schema design, indexing, query optimization).
Proven experience deploying applications on
AWS cloud infrastructure
.
Strong knowledge of
RESTful APIs, gRPC APIs, and authentication/authorization mechanisms
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in
blockchain, crypto exchanges, or trading engines
.
Familiarity with
Next.js and frontend stacks
.
Strong grasp of
security best practices in fintech/financial applications
.
Experience with
high-performance distributed systems
handling
millions of requests per second
.
