Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using

    NeoLoad

    .
  • Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Prepare and maintain performance test plans, scripts, and result documentation.
  • Participate in performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning activities.
  • Ensure test environments are configured and ready for performance testing.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience

    with NeoLoad tool (mandatory).
  • Experience in

    performance, load, and stress testing

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    HTTP/S, APIs, and web services

    .
  • Familiarity with

    monitoring tools

    and performance metrics analysis.

  • Banking domain experience

    is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • NeoLoad Certification

    .
  • Exposure to other performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Experience in

    CI/CD integration

    with performance testing tools.
