Position: IIT/NEET Campus HEAD

Job Summary

We are seeking IIT/NEET Campus head to lead and manage the overall academic and operational functions of our newly established IIT/NEET Campus. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, confident, disciplined, and experienced in Edutech or coaching operations.
He must have experience handling subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, preferably with exposure to IIT-JEE/NEET-level academics.

Key Responsibilities1. Academic & Campus Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the IIT/NEET academic wing.
• Ensure classes, schedules, and academic plans run smoothly.
• Supervise faculty attendance, teaching quality, and demo sessions.

2. Faculty & Subject Coordination

• Coordinate with subject faculty (Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology).
• Facilitate lecture planning, workload distribution, and academic delivery.
• Monitor teaching methodology and student engagement.

3. Student Management

• Maintain student discipline, attendance, and academic progress.
• Address student concerns and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Track performance data and share timely reports with management.

4. Technology Integration

• Use and manage LMS, smart classroom tools, and Edutech platforms.
• Ensure proper functioning of digital systems during teaching hours.
• Upload materials, tests, and academic content digitally.

5. Test & Exam Coordination

• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly tests, mock exams, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate answer keys, results, and student progress tracking.
• Maintain academic records and ensure accuracy.

6. Communication & Reporting

• Act as the central link between management, faculty, parents, and students.
• Provide daily and weekly academic reports.
• Escalate critical issues immediately to senior management.

7. Campus Setup & Administration

• Manage the functioning of the new building and campus facilities.
• Ensure readiness of classrooms, labs, and teaching infrastructure.
• Assist with faculty onboarding and orientation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Post-Graduate (B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc preferred).
• Experience in Edutech, IIT-JEE/NEET coaching, or academic coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and confidence.
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced academic environment.
• Tech-friendly, with experience using LMS, digital tools, and smart classrooms.
• Should be capable of coordinating any of the IIT/NEET subjects.
