About the Role

Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor for SMB accounts, driving adoption and retention.
  • Expand accounts via upsell, cross-sell, and land-and-expand strategies.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, from admins to executives.
  • Deliver product walkthroughs, best practices, and customer enablement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, success plans, and account coverage.

What Success Looks Like

  • 90% renewal rate across accounts.
  • Increased adoption and usage of clients platform.
  • Growth in footprint, contract value, and customer advocacy.

What Were Looking For

  • 3-5 years in Customer Success

    , Account Management, or SaaS role.
  • Experience with SMB portfolios and retention/renewal goals.
  • Basic Salesforce knowledge (Admin preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship skills.
  • Pune-based; hybrid/onsite with flexibility for US/EU/APAC engagements.

Preferred: Salesforce Admin certification
