About the Role

Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor for SMB accounts, driving adoption and retention.
Expand accounts via upsell, cross-sell, and land-and-expand strategies.
Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, from admins to executives.
Deliver product walkthroughs, best practices, and customer enablement.
Maintain accurate CRM data, success plans, and account coverage.

What Success Looks Like

90% renewal rate across accounts.
Increased adoption and usage of clients platform.
Growth in footprint, contract value, and customer advocacy.

What Were Looking For

3-5 years in Customer Success
, Account Management, or SaaS role.
Experience with SMB portfolios and retention/renewal goals.
Basic Salesforce knowledge (Admin preferred).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship skills.
Pune-based; hybrid/onsite with flexibility for US/EU/APAC engagements.

Preferred: Salesforce Admin certification
